NOELIFT EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD, as one of the professional material handling equipment manufacturer, we provide whole product range including diesel/gasoline/LPG forklift truck with load capacities of 1 to 10tons and electric/warehouse trucks, which including 1-3.5tons electric forklift trucks, 1-2.5tons electric reach trucks, electric stackers, electric pallet trucks, hand-hydraulic pallet trucks, semi-electric stackers, electric tow tractors, etc. The full range encompassess close to 100 different models.
We have invested two industrial base in Hefei city and Luan city of anhui province and zhejiang province with covering an area of 97,000 square meters and more than 410 employees and 190 millions U.S.Dollars of total assets. we have annual production output capacity 4,980 units forklifts and 7,580 units warehouse equipments. The company have advance producing equipment with automatic painting line, vehicle assembly line, CNC flame plasma cutting machine, drilling machines, system intergrated coating equipment, as well as international advanced performance testing of production line, which all are fully guanranteed our products quality and ensure the business growth

鈼?Guarantee Content
1) We will provide free refills if the spare parts break during ultimate users normal using on as follows:
A. Controller;Motor; gear box; driving axle; steering axle; wheel rim; cylinder; arrester; high pressure hose;
B. Pump; control valve;
C. Fork; chain; mast bearing;
D. All the spare parts except which are listed in the clause5.
2) We don鈥檛 be responsible for the upkeep if refills have been provided free.
3) We just offer guarantee for the product鈥檚 quality itself. Other customers鈥檌ndirect losses,
such as stop work loss; of reputation, are not included in the range.
4) Thins guarantee doesn鈥檛 special regulations beyond the manual and contract.
鈼?nbsp;Guarantee Period :
1) Frame, electric controller, pumping station, gear box 锛宮otor, hydraulic control system and
lift chain 12 months;
2) Battery,charger 6 months(remarks: if the battery quality, such as leading
short circuit,and the change of capacity ,we can not provided warranty);
3) Starting time of guarantee; the day receipt bill of lading.
4) In order to confirm the data the customers receive the goods, the customers must sign on
the delivery record.
鈼?nbsp;The following condition lies outside the range of guarantee :
1) The loss caused by unreasonable operation against the manual or careless maintenance.
2) The damage originated from mistaken manipulation overloading working.
3) The spare parts whose function can be restored by simple repair or adjustment.
4) The damage due to natural hazard.
鈼?nbsp;We don鈥檛 be responsible for the parts and components purchased customers themselves.
鈼?nbsp;This guarantee doesn鈥檛 include the following content.
1) All kinds of oils and filter, such as hydraulic oil; core in the hydraulic oil filter,
and other wearing parts, which need to be replaced during the guarantee period regularly.
2) Except the meter and its transducer, all the electrical are unqualified for guarantee , for instance.
A. A variety of plugs; jacks and wiring harness.
B. Fuses and lamps(including bulb).
C. All kinds of switches (braking; steering; backing; light and so on).
D. Components with contact, such as relay.
3) Other wearing parts, such as tire; brake lining; seal washer; gasket; glass; glasswork;
nut; bolt; shim and son on .
