Working Principle
The material enters the inner layer of the rotary drum from the feeding device to realize downstream drying. The material is continuously picked up and scattered under the papermaking plate of the inner layer to realize heat exchange in a spiral traveling mode. The material moves to the other end of the inner layer to enter the middle layer for countercurrent drying. The material is continuously and repeatedly lifted in the middle layer to realize a traveling mode of advancing in two steps and retreating in one step. The material in the middle layer not only fully absorbs the heat emitted by the inner layer drum, but also absorbs the heat of the middle layer drum, and at the same time prolongs the drying time. The material reaches the optimal drying state here.The material travels to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. The material travels in a rectangular multi-loop manner in the outer layer drum. The material reaching the drying effect travels rapidly and exits the drum under the action of hot air. The wet material failing to reach the drying effect cannot travel rapidly due to its own weight. The material is fully dried in the rectangular papermaking plate, thus completing the drying purpose.
