Four-row Tapered Roller Bearing
Four row tapered roller bearings are composed of two double inner rings, one double row outer ring and two single outer rings. There is an inner spacer ring between the two inner rings and two middle spacer rings between the three outer rings to adjust the clearance. The bearing bears radial load and simultaneously bearing axial load in both directions, but the allowable rotational speed of the bearing is not high, so long as the roll bearing of the steel mill is brave enough. In recent years, the bearing began to produce double-sided seal ring structure, and gradually widely used.
The medium and small dimensions four row tapered roller bearings are made of bearing steel, the large four row tapered roller bearings are made of carburized steel, and the special dimensions are made of hollow rollers and prop cages to increase the service life of the bearings.
1.Cage material:
Four-row tapered roller bearings generally use steel plate stamping cage, especially large size of the support welding cage.
2.Tolerance and clearance:
Four row tapered roller bearings are generally P0 tolerance, but they can also produce higher precision bearings according to the needs of customers (P5, P4).
The clearance of the four-row tapered roller bearing has been adjusted according to the installation regulation and the bearing production agreement (no production agreement according to the standard group clearance). After a certain period of use, the user should readjust the clearance.
