Introduction
Eggs will become beautiful and hygienic after being cleaned and dried by the egg washer machine. This washer is made of strong 304 stainless steel for great durability and hygiene. You can use this machine whether you want to process liquid eggs, cleaned eggs, white eggs or just wash eggs.
There are 3 parts in the egg washer machine, water tank feeder, egg washer machine and dryer.
1. Feeding. Pour eggs into water tank feeding conveyor, 6 lines to feed eggs to egg washing machine, save labor and improve efficiency.
2. Washing. Spray eggs with warm water under high pressure, and wash eggs with horizontal brushes. And eggs keep rotating while being transported. Special nylon brush, good elasticity, wear-resisting, clean and fast.
3. Drying. Adopt a special air nozzle matched with a fan for all-round drying to eggs, and a special drying system to ensure eggs quality.
