1. How about the shipping?
After packing up the goods,we will send the packing list to you.We can send the goods to your agent if you have one in China.If you don’t have any agent,we can found some for you.like the DHL,FedEx,TNT,UPS and so on.

2. How to deal with quality problem?
If any breakage or defect products were found, you will be asked to send picture of original carton.All claim are available within 7 days from the data you receive the goods. We will accept claim by evidence of picture, video, third party, and compensate all your loss finally.

3. How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before mass production and test them. After sample approved, we will begin mass production.Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
