JRVAL full name “Tianjin Jiangrui steel casting co., ltd”, established in 2004; We have been focusing on industrial valve casting over 16 years; Nowadays, JRVAL has become one of the leading butterfly valve manufactuer in Northern China.
JRVAL Main products includes wafer butterfly valve, flange butterfly valve, Lug butterfly valve, Earless butterfly valve and wafer check valve; Valve size from DN 40 to DN 1200, meet with ISO, DIN, ANSI, JIS, BS standard. Operation with handle lever, electric actuator, pneumatic actuator, hydraulic actuator etc.

Our History
2004—– JRVAL was established in butterfly valve hometwon, Tianjin, China.
2006—–Purchased precision equipment, upgraded technique to water glass precision casting.
2010—–Invested 2 million RMB, increased new line of silica sol precision casting.
2012—–Expanded factory area, set up machining production line.
2017—–Started to assemble butterfly valve, started to expand overseas market.
2020—–Further improved valve quality, making endless effort to expand global market.

2) Pressure: We proceed pressure test to ensure pressure test reaches 18kg (International standard 16kgs);
3) Packing: We use plastic bubble bag, paper box and plywood box triple packing, to ensure valve scratch and without moving during transportation;
4) Installation guidance: We provide remote service and installation guidance, free spare sparts are available during warranty period;
5) Technical support: We provide 7 * 24 services; Refer urgent issues, we guarantees prompt response within 24 hours and provide solution within 72 hour.
