History
Min Cong Mould was firstly founded in 2014. We started our business from doing processing works from 2004, and after 10 years of hands-on operation work, we obtained our unique understanding and accumulated a professional team. Since 2014, our total avenue keeps an increasing tendency. In 2019, we have aroud 200 mould outputed and reached the goal of 10 million RMB gross avenue.
Our Team
Min Cong Mould have 4 departments: Administration department, sales department, manufactory technology department and quality insurance department. Manufactory technology department is our main components, which provides important technique support.
Facilities
There are 6 high-precision CNC lathes, 1 high-precision thread grinder, 2 high-precision grinders, 2 CNC milling machines, several high-speed precision carvings, radial drilling machines, and special injection molding machines for mold trials.
Main products
Specialized in making cup moulds, our company, we could produce wide mouth jar cap mould, oil bottle cap mould, water bottle cap, cosmetics cap mould, flip top cap mould and medical uses cap mould. What is more, we produce other injection moulds, like tube mould, bottle blow mould and so on. We could handle most of the demands of customers.
